Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your $29/month Active Pro subscription anytime from Dashboard → Billing → Manage subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — your listing stays live until then, and no further charges occur.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We make exceptions in these cases:
- First charge within 7 days: If you cancel within 7 days of your first charge AND you have not received any customer calls through the platform, we'll issue a full refund.
- Duplicate charge: Accidental duplicate charges are refunded automatically within 5 business days.
- Service outage: If ServeSprint is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during a billing cycle, we'll prorate a credit for the affected days.
No refunds for
- Partial months after cancellation.
- Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
- Lack of customer calls (volume depends on your category, location, availability, and the strength of your listing).
- ID verification rejections — please ensure your ID is clear and valid before uploading.
Customer ↔ Pro transactions
ServeSprint does not process payments between customers and Pros. Any disputes about the quality or completion of work are between the two parties. We are happy to mediate by sharing the contact log if needed — email us with details.
How to request a refund
Email billing@servesprint.app with your account email and the reason. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds appear on your card within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in immediate account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
