Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about hiring or working as a pro on ServeSprint.
What is ServeSprint?
+
ServeSprint is a live local-services marketplace. Pros toggle themselves 'available' when they're ready to work right now, and customers see only the ones actively on shift — no quote forms, no waiting two days for a callback.
How fast can a pro actually arrive?
+
Every available pro displays a live ETA on their pin. Most jobs in our active service areas (Utah County and the Salt Lake metro) are dispatched within 30–60 minutes. Bigger jobs like full moves are usually scheduled for later the same day.
How do I pay?
+
Payment is handled in-app via Stripe. You're charged when the pro marks the job complete and you confirm. No cash, no awkward Venmo requests, no surprise upcharges.
Are pros background-checked?
+
Pros marked with the Verified badge have completed ID verification through our identity provider. Look for the badge on their profile and on the map pin.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
+
Open a dispute from your dashboard within 24 hours. Funds are held until the dispute is resolved and we'll either rework the job, partial-refund, or full-refund depending on what's fair.
Can I tip my pro?
+
Yes — a tip option appears after you confirm the job is complete. 100% of tips go to the pro.
How do I become a pro on ServeSprint?
+
Sign up, complete ID verification, and toggle yourself live. You set your own categories, starting price, and service area. You only show up on the map when you're available.
What areas do you cover?
+
We're live across Utah County and the Salt Lake metro — Lehi, Orem, Provo, Pleasant Grove, American Fork, Draper, Sandy, Salt Lake City, and surrounding cities.
