Terms of Service

1. What ServeSprint is

ServeSprint is a directory that connects customers with independent local service providers ("Pros"). We are not a party to any agreement between a customer and a Pro. We do not employ Pros, do not perform the services, and do not collect payment for the services on either party's behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ServeSprint. By using the platform you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Customer use

Customers contact Pros directly via the "Call Direct" button. You are responsible for evaluating, hiring, paying, and resolving any disputes with Pros. ServeSprint does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any service.

4. Provider subscription

Pros pay $29 USD per month to be listed in the directory. The subscription auto-renews monthly. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — see our Refund Policy.

5. Provider obligations

  • Submit accurate identity and business information.
  • Hold any licenses, insurance, or permits required by law for your trade.
  • Respond to customer calls professionally and only for services you are qualified to perform.
  • Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use ServeSprint to harass, defraud, or impersonate any person; to list a business you do not own or operate; to circumvent the subscription; or to collect data on other users.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms, repeated customer complaints, fraudulent payment activity, or any conduct that harms the marketplace. No refunds are issued for accounts terminated for cause.

8. Disclaimers

SERVESPRINT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServeSprint's total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.
