Pressure washing is priced either per square foot or per job, and most independents will quote a flat price once they see photos.
The important distinction is pressure washing versus soft washing. High pressure is fine on concrete; on siding, painted wood and roofs it strips finish and forces water behind the envelope.
Bundling surfaces in one visit is the single biggest discount available, because setup and water hookup are most of the fixed cost.
