Party rentals are priced per item per day, with delivery, setup and pickup usually quoted separately. The item list looks cheap until the delivery line lands.
Packages are almost always better value than à la carte for anything over about 30 guests.
Weather contingency matters. Ask what happens to a tent or bounce house reservation if the forecast turns — policies vary a lot.
